Our annual management meeting was held February 23 and 24 in Little Rock, AR. It brings together leadership to assess achievements, address challenges, and refine operational plans based on data-driven insights. By fostering transparency, accountability, and forward-thinking strategies, the review ensures the organization remains agile, competitive, and well-positioned for sustainable growth. Having experienced company growth so quickly, this annual event is a great way for personnel from all our locations to get to know each other and establish valuable connections.
