Jose Pirela Awarded Employee of the Week from Holder

We are proud of Jose Pirela for receiving Employee of the Week from Holder for his dedication to safety, willingness to help, and overall positive impact on the Moncks Corner, SC jobsite. We put emphasis daily on worksite safety, so this comes as no surprise. It’s great to see one of ours getting recognition and to see that our safety culture is paying off.

2026 Management Meeting – Little Rock AR

Our annual management meeting was held February 23 and 24 in Little Rock, AR. It serves as a vital checkpoint for evaluating organizational performance, aligning strategic goals, and setting priorities for the year ahead. It brings together leadership to assess achievements, address challenges, and refine operational plans based on data-driven insights. By fostering transparency, accountability, and forward-thinking strategies, the review ensures the organization remains agile, competitive, and well-positioned for sustainable growth. Having experienced company growth so quickly, this annual event is a great way for personnel from all our locations to get to know each other and establish valuable connections.

2025 Holiday Celebrations

Corporate Christmas parties aren’t just about festive lights and holiday cheer—they’re about connection. These gatherings give us a chance to step away from the day-to-day, share laughs, and strengthen the bonds that make our teams thrive.
This year, we also celebrated a milestone: the 10-Year Jacket went to Vince Johnson. It’s more than a piece of clothing—it’s a symbol of loyalty, dedication, and the incredible journey we’ve shared together.
Here’s to creating moments that matter and recognizing the people who make it all possible. Cheers to teamwork, tradition, and the next decade of success! Pictured below are shots from the Memphis Office party at Top Golf.
