Annual Company Meeting 2025

On January 27th and 28th we were thrilled to gather in Little Rock Arkansas for our annual company meeting, where this year’s theme was 100% Responsibility. This theme underscores our commitment to taking full ownership of our actions, decisions, and their impact on our company and community.

Agenda Highlights:

  • Opening Remarks: Our President kicked off the meeting with insights on the importance of responsibility in our growth and success.
  • Improving Processes: Two of our Vice Presidents presented valuable suggestions for improving our processes to allow for even more growth in 2025.
  • Keynote Speaker: Larry Martin, an expert in leadership and accountability, shared valuable strategies for embracing responsibility in our daily work.
  • Recognition Ceremony: We celebrated our amazing company growth and many team members who exemplified outstanding responsibility and dedication.
  • Future Objectives: Goals were laid out for 2025, and a plan of action was put into place for achieving these goals.

Why 100% Responsibility? Taking 100% responsibility means acknowledging that we are in control of our actions and their outcomes. It empowers us to:

  • Drive Innovation: By owning our ideas and initiatives.
  • Enhance Collaboration: Through accountable and transparent communication.
  • Achieve Excellence: By consistently delivering our best work.

Little Rock Branch Duck Hunting 2025 Team Building is Key for Success!

In today’s fast-paced corporate world, finding unique and effective team-building activities can be a game-changer. Recently, our Little Rock team embarked on an unconventional adventure: duck hunting. 🦆

Here’s what we learned:

  1. Communication is Key: Just like in the office, clear and concise communication is crucial in the field. Coordinating movements and strategies ensured our success and safety.
  2. Trust and Dependability: Duck hunting requires trust in your teammates. Knowing that each person is reliable and has your back builds a strong foundation, both in the wild and at work.
  3. Adaptability: Nature is unpredictable, and so is the business landscape. Our team learned to adapt quickly to changing conditions, a skill that’s invaluable in any professional setting.
  4. Patience and Persistence: Success doesn’t come overnight. The patience and persistence required in duck hunting mirror the dedication needed to achieve long-term business goals.
  5. Celebrating Success Together: The thrill of a successful hunt is amplified when shared with your team. Celebrating small wins together fosters a positive and motivated work environment.

Duck hunting might seem like an unusual choice for team building, but it provided us with invaluable lessons and strengthened our bond. Sometimes, stepping out of the boardroom and into the great outdoors is exactly what a team needs to thrive. 🌟

Our President, Chris Brubaker, inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs – April 2024

Our president, Chris Brubaker recently received a prestigious honor. He was inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs. The article pictured on the left was published in the April issue of Memphis Magazine and shares a candid interview with Chris.

The Society of Entrepreneurs was founded in 1991 to foster the development of the entrepreneurial spirit, and to recognize the myriad contributions of area entrepreneurs.

The Society of Entrepreneurs’ membership comprises Mid-South business owners, presidents and other key executives. Members are chosen annually by their peers, and must be mature (not emerging) entrepreneurs who have exhibited personal business achievement, creativity, determination, integrity, leadership, self-direction and the ability to transform a vision into a dynamic business accomplishment.

The organization’s purpose is to promote the general welfare of the community, contribute to the public good, and foster education. The Society of Entrepreneurs supports the creation, development, and implementation of programs that encourage the efforts of entrepreneurs in businesses, and in local, national and international communities.
