Our President, Chris Brubaker, inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs – April 2024
Our president, Chris Brubaker recently received a prestigious honor. He was inducted into the Society of Entrepreneurs. The article pictured on the left was published in the April issue of Memphis Magazine and shares a candid interview with Chris.
The Society of Entrepreneurs was founded in 1991 to foster the development of the entrepreneurial spirit, and to recognize the myriad contributions of area entrepreneurs.
The Society of Entrepreneurs’ membership comprises Mid-South business owners, presidents and other key executives. Members are chosen annually by their peers, and must be mature (not emerging) entrepreneurs who have exhibited personal business achievement, creativity, determination, integrity, leadership, self-direction and the ability to transform a vision into a dynamic business accomplishment.
The organization’s purpose is to promote the general welfare of the community, contribute to the public good, and foster education. The Society of Entrepreneurs supports the creation, development, and implementation of programs that encourage the efforts of entrepreneurs in businesses, and in local, national and international communities.

Happenings from our Fire, Security and Monitoring Division
Rebecca Davitt, Hadleigh McKlusky and Rodney Jackson participated in the AAEA Expo (Arkansas Association of Educators Administrators) with a booth.
We attended a seminar presented by the NWA NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) on “Close Out, the last Lap”. Big things are brewing for the Recurring Monthly Revenue team.
Our crew also attended Summer Splash, an event for women in Commercial Real Estate, in Rogers AR. We learned about the past, present and future development of downtown Rogers.
We’ve added a new division to specialize in alarm monitoring and safety inspections. 3/22
We are proud to announce that we have opened a new division. Donna Patton and Tracy Spencer are heading up our RMR, or fire and intrusion monitoring and safety inspections division. This RMR group will handle safety inspections and provide companies with the certifications needed to be complaint and keep their property and employees safe. Additionally, we also offer 24/7 monitoring for fire and intrusion. If alarms are tripped, the police or fire department will be notified immediately, along with company appointed staff members.
Our RMR team is comprised of experienced and qualified managers and technicians who are well versed in the code requirements of each area. Keeping compliant with fire inspector codes can be a challenge but our experts will ensure your company has met needed requirements. A fire inspector is often a qualified person working under a fire marshal authorized by law to enforce a specific code, such as NFPA 1, Fire Code, or NFPA 101®, Life Safety Code®. Fire inspectors not only conduct inspections, but they can also review and approve aspects of construction plans and issue permits.
We are often involved from the beginning stages of building since safety is a vital part of any new facility. Alarm installations are completed by our branch locations and our RMR division provides the monitoring options needed to help businesses stay on top of the safety of their facility. This symbiotic relationship within our company enables us to provide experts in every stage of development.
Contact Donna Patton at 479-459-2337 or Tracy Spencer at 479-381-5598 for an evaluation of your needs. (Pictured below is our RMR Team at the Healthcare Expo in Hot Springs: Hadleigh, Rebecca, Donna and Rodney)
Company Team Building Events 5/23
Each of our locations hosts yearly gatherings such as crawfish boils and cornhole tournaments. Building relationships within our organization is one of the keys to our success. Part of our core values: Having Fun (being fun to work with, we take our work seriously – but don’t take ourselves too seriously, being friendly and quick to smile, build relationships, be somebody our clients enjoy working with) Relationships are a vital part of our core values. Pictured below are William and Rodney, cornhole champs in Rogers and our Little Rock Team.
