IP has worked with Progressive Technologies since 1997. They have completed ~200 wiring jobs between 1997 and present for IP. These jobs have been completed on time and within the agreed timelines. I wanted to take a moment to recognize your technicians, Thomas and Bill, for their work this past weekend and I hope this email makes it to the appropriate people. We all walked into a couple of buildings that really needed some love after years of operation, the cabling especially at the Happy branch has been added onto several times over the years and it was in a state of disarray when we arrived. Thomas and Bill really did an amazing job of correcting this, making the network closets look fantastic and I’m very happy with their work. There were several times where we had to make some on-the-spot choices about how the best way to proceed would be, and they both brought solutions to these problems that we discussed and implemented with careful consideration to the final rack layout. Overall, these gentlemen did amazing work and I think their work ethic deserves a bit of praise.
